Boulebar is a cash-free venue, which means we only accept card payments. Please let your guests know in advance. We accept most major cards, but not Diners or travel cards. Child prices and any gift cards or offers will be adjusted on site.
All changes must be made in writing to bokning@boulebar.se.
If your change is last-minute or during the weekend, please give us a call instead.
Your group size determines which rules apply:
1–12 guests:
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 1 day before your visit.
13–29 guests:
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 5 days before your visit.
Non-cancelled courts will be charged at 100%.
To avoid chef meltdowns, pre-ordered food must be cancelled by 12:00 (noon) the day before your visit.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
Food not cancelled in time will be charged at 100%.
1–7 guests:
Changes and cancellations up to 3 days before your visit.
8–29 guests:
Changes and cancellations up to 14 days before your visit.
30–59 guests:
Changes and cancellations up to 4 weeks before your visit.
60–130 guests:
Changes and cancellations up to 6 weeks before your visit.
For late cancellations, we charge 100% for boules and 50% for food.
Food not cancelled by 09:00 the day before will be charged at 100%.
If you cancel due to bad weather, we charge 20% of the agreed price.
The cancellation must be made by 12:00 (noon) the same day.
“Bad weather” follows SMHI’s forecast of continuous rain and wind.
If you need to adjust your booking due to illness, you may reduce your guest count by up to 10% until 09:00 on the day of your visit.
All other parts of our standard booking policy apply.
Unfortunately, we can’t extend court bookings during peak hours.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may need to release your table or court to waiting guests.
