Boulebar is a cash-free restaurant, which means we only accept card payments. Please inform your guests about this in advance.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, except Diners and travel cards.
Children’s prices, as well as any vouchers or offers, will be adjusted on site.
All changes must be made in writing via email to bokning@boulebar.se.
If your change is last-minute or during the weekend – please call us directly!
The rules depend on the size of your group:
1–12 people: You can cancel or change the number of guests up to 1 day before your visit.
13–29 people: You can cancel or change the number of guests up to 5 days before your visit.
Non-cancelled courts will be charged at 100%.
To avoid chef meltdowns, pre-ordered food must be cancelled no later than 12:00 noon the day before your visit, and always in writing via email.
Food that has not been cancelled in time will be charged 100%.
1–7 people: Cancellations and changes allowed up to 3 days before your visit.
8–29 people: Up to 14 days before your visit.
30–59 people: Up to 4 weeks before your visit.
60–130 people: Up to 6 weeks before your visit.
For late cancellations, we will charge 100% of the pétanque cost and 50% of the food cost.
Food not cancelled by 09:00 the day before your visit will be charged 100%.
If you cancel due to bad weather, 20% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 noon the same day.
“Bad weather” is defined as continuous rain and wind according to SMHI’s forecast.
If you need to adjust your booking due to illness, the number of participants can be reduced by up to 10% until 09:00 on the day of your visit.
Otherwise, our regular booking policy applies.
Unfortunately, we can’t extend court times during busy hours.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your table or court may be given to waiting guests.
